Requirements
Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and user needs.
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and data insights.
Translate product requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure smooth product development cycles.
Monitor product performance using analytics tools, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights.
Communicate product plans, updates, and launches across internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or platforms, ideally in SaaS, AI, or cloud-based services.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, UX principles, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4).
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, and Confluence.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
